Operation of ABB - High SophisticatedSystem - Automatic Batch Blender - BJVP

 

Overview:

 

The main function of the BJVP AUTOMATED BATCH BLENDER (ABB) is to receive, dose and mix base oils and additives under the control of the Automated Control System (ACS) according to the predefined formulations for the production of Lube Oils.
Standard-functions:
- Multi-functional production unit for small and medium - sized batch sizes
- High sophisticated dosing system powered by load cells
- Frequency controlled mixer leads to fast homogenization and optimized heat transfer for improved heating processes
- Frequency controlled discharge pump for cavitation free discharge under variable vis- cosities
- Cleaning in place by spray nozzles for easy and faster result.
- Stand-Alone unit (Standard) or connected to a superior automation system (option)
- CE-confirmed and certified

  • Main blending heating process is carried segment, computer will control the heating process
  • The product pipeline also can be cleaned by VP pigging system
