Overview:

 

ABB (Automatic batch blending) lube oil blending plant are preferred by renowned multinational lube oil companies. BJVP provide complete solution for ABB lube oil blending plant which includes – engineering design and data, raw material storage tanks, lube oil storage tanks, polymer diluter, lube oil blenders, automation system with BJVP’s state of art Smartblend software, DDU, transfer pumps, TFH (thermic fluid heater), filters, laboratory setup & installation service. According to customer’s requirement we provide fully customized ABB blending plant which can produce different quantities of lube oils like engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil etc. in customer’s optimum production time (like 4 hours, 8 hours, 24 hours etc.)

  • The product pipeline also can be cleaned by VP pigging system
