Lance Unit with Level Tracking - VP Drum Decanting Unit - BJVP​

 

Overview:

 

The suction lance will be tracked downwards according to the decreasing liquid level in the drum to minimize contamination of the lance outer surface during the decanting process. The lance extends maximum up to 10 cm into the additive during the decanting process. After completion, the drum will be cleaned with pre- heated rinse oil and decanted again to ensure a maximum utilization of the additive.
