High Shear VI Dissolving Unit
VP High Shear VI Dissolving System package is supplied on a skid with 15T, 20T and 30T tank option. It also includes a cutter and therefore raw materials need not to be pre-cut prior to feeding into the system.
The whole system consists of following main components:
- VI dissolving tank with external coils (heating by hot oil or steam), temperature control and level switch.
- Slanting insert mixture and special high-speed cutter
- High shear online homogenize pump
- Whole skid support structure
- VI lifter and transmission system
- Unloading pump
- Related instruments and valves
- Cabinet and integrated control system
