Distributed Control DCS In Power Plant Dcs And Plc Control Systems

(1)VPBATCH® System:

VPBATCH® Batch Control System is designed and developed by Beijing VP for Lube-Oil blending batch management. It has a copyright protection.

VPBATCH® Batch Control System is suitable for any Lube-Oil blending application and can be connected to most mainstream automation control system (DCS or PLC). VPBATCH® provides modular OP interface, flexile batch data configuration, open-source mode for recipe management. Batch configuration can be easily modified by site operator. There is no need for highly skilled engineer to modify various batch parameters. VPBATCHE greatly improves production efficiency of Lube-Oil blending operation.

(2)VPBLEND® System:

VPBLEND® Blending Control System is designed and implemented very successfully by Beijing VP for Lube-Oil blending, product transfer and storage facility. VPBLENDE application runs on the Sever PC and coordinates all real-time blend control algorithms on the DCS, maintain configuration data, batch data, process runtime data and historical data.

VPBLEND® is able to respond quickly to market demands, producing high-standard, quality products with significantly reduced manpower and inventory cost.
